Information used to handle an enquiry
When you submit a form we collect your name, email address, phone number, property postcode, requested service, property type and message. We record when you agreed to be contacted, the page you submitted from, and any campaign source, medium or campaign name attached to that visit. Please do not include passwords, alarm codes or other sensitive security information.
We use these details to respond to your request, discuss suitable services, arrange a survey or quotation and manage the enquiry. The form does not subscribe you to marketing emails.
Storage and access
Enquiries are stored in our website database. Contact details and messages are encrypted at rest and accessible to authorised staff. Configured hosting and email providers support operation of the website. Email alerts link staff to the secure portal instead of including your full enquiry.
Retention
Website enquiry records are scheduled for removal after 365 days. Records transferred into an ongoing customer relationship may be retained separately for the service and associated business obligations. Contact us if you would like to discuss an existing record.
Your choices
You can ask us about access, correction, deletion, restriction or objection concerning your personal information, and withdraw your agreement to further contact about an enquiry. Applicable rights depend on the circumstances. You can also contact the UK Information Commissioner’s Office.
Website technology
The website uses essential session and security cookies. Hosting access logs may record requests and technical information needed to operate and protect the service. This build does not load advertising pixels, analytics, third-party maps or externally hosted fonts. See our cookie policy.
