Service and maintenance help keep alarm equipment in working order. Aegis supports systems it has installed and can assess systems installed by other providers.
Maintenance agreements can include emergency engineer support. The included services and conditions are confirmed when your plan is agreed.
03Quotation & guaranteeKnow what is included.
Aegis offers a one-year guarantee on installed systems. The applicable equipment, installation scope and guarantee terms should be confirmed in your quotation.
Your quotation should also make clear any monitoring and maintenance arrangements, so you can review the full proposed service before deciding.
